Hardened to HRC60° and finished with grinding. ● Sign bars for angle setting and measurement ● Positioning auxiliary blocks usable for both cutting and grinding processes ● Auxiliary dressers for grinding wheel shaping on grinding machines ● Grinding wheels for polishing and lapping of machine parts, mold parts, etc. ● This is an angle-forming dresser that adopts Jam's unique clamping mechanism (PAT.P). ● Accurate shaping is possible due to the sign bar method (pitch 50mm). ● It can be shaped to 45° without the need for block gauges. ● Angle shaping is possible from 0° to 90°. ● The dresser slide part is adjustable using an anti-backlash mechanism. ● It allows for precise shaping with minimal vibration and play.
